Resolved Question: Damage on car by shopping cart!?
So yesterday I had gone outta town too buy some things.When i got into town, I took my mom grocery shopping at Safeway.
So today when my brother got home from work, which was at 3pm he told me that in the morning he saw a big dent on my car!
So i went outside and there it was! it looked as if a shopping cart had hit it.
So i tried to report it to my AllState insurance and they said they needed a police report.So i went to the police dept. and they took pics and everything and told me if I had an idea of where it could happened.
I told them it might have been at Safeway and they said that the dent did appear to be of a shopping cart.
So they told me to speak to the manager at safe way and explain to them what happened.I went today and they told me to go tomorrow so they could look at the cameras.
What should I do from here? This is my second hit, the first the guy that hit me paid me for the damages. and also someone keyed my car once! can you believe it?? Ive had so much bad luck with this car.and its my first car.
should I report it to my insurance? Will they do something about it?

My 6 month renewal for Safeway is due on the 21. However, I want to switch to Progressive. Do I owe safeway insurance anything at the end of my 6 months? Or have I been making payments in advance for the following month? In other words, do I make May’s payments at the beginning or end of May?
Can I just not renew my safeway and switch to Progressive without owing anything?
