Open Question: How will the Lawyers rule on this case?
Im 17 year old and i was in an accident the other day. I was waiting at the stop sign so that I could go across an intersection. I waited for a while for the cars on the other side to go by and Iook on my side to see if anything else was coming. When I did not see any headlights apporaching and the cars that was parked blocked my view I proceeded into the intersection. A woman hit me in the middle of the intersection on my driver door and claimed that I ran the stop sign. I never run a stop sign and never got a ticket and no tickets was issued at the scene. The woman driving was pregnant and it was her second accident that week. I’m not entirely sure if the accident was in my fault or hers but I did not get in the ambulance nor did I stay in the car I checked to see if the people were alright and called my mom. Now the question is if the lawyers hear both of our cases would I be in the wrong for not being able to see her or would she be in the wrong for not having controll of her car? Also because she didn’t hit my light or my tire but directly in my door does that mean I will not be able to get my car fixed? Also I have liable insurance and the woman had full coverage so someone please tell me if this will work out or prepare for the WORST?!?! Oh an should I sue her cuz my mom says I should?? plz help me

I got into a car accident on the 17th. My old Insurance expired on the 7th even thought the Insurance card stated it expired on the 15th. I payed 6 months in advance for the new insurace I purchased that morning on the 17th around 10 AM. I then got into the accident around 2 PM. I was reading oiver my policy and it says clearly that my coverage started on the 18th. I was not at fault for this accident. I did have a hudge nerv brake down when it happend and I couldnt get the facts straight. I have to wait to obtain the poliece report but I only remember telling the office that I didnt know how it happend, I was driving, and I got hitt and then I dont know. I honeslty feel and know it was the other party fault, yet I dont know what they said being that I was extremly upset and couldnt even think straight. In reality I want to sue the other party because my car stop working and its just very obvious that it was their fault. Again I have to wait 3 days to obtain thje report and I dont know what it says. What should I do ? what is going to happend ? I dont have money for an attorney and I been trying to get advice and no one can help me because I dont have the report. I havent been able to sleep…I need someone to tell me something please. Thank you.
No one got a ticket. The officer was very nice towards me. I got into an accident in December.
Open Question: Is this criminal case bad?
Well in the afternoon my sister had a bad stomach ache and gone pale. I panicked, and seeing that both my parents are overseas, I took the car out to drive to hospital. I’m 15 by the way. I’m on a main busy road. There’s a car in front of me slowing down to turn right. I slow down too, until I stop. After 5 seconds and the car in front of me begins to turn, I hear tires. And then something hit me. I parked to the side and saw that an Indian taxi driver has crashed my tow bar. My car is all okay, but the Indian’s car’s front bumper is smashed. A person which saw that the taxi driver was at fault came and offered to be a witness. We quickly took down details because my sister was still in the car feeling bad. After that he asked for my drivers license. I didn’t know what to say, so I gave him my number and said that I’ll give him a call later. I had to drive my sister to hospital anyway. I left.
We didn’t end up going to hospital. Halfway, she had to go toilet so I let her off at a shopping center. After that she said the pain began to fade.
My parents wrote me lots of details on a piece of paper; their travel timetable, phone numbers, a phone card, how to dial emergencies, their license details and where they left the keys to the filing cabinet. It took me a while to find this piece of paper, and longer to think of what to say. The driver called me several times but I didn’t pick up. I ended up giving him my dad’s drivers license details, looked in the filing cabinet for his insurance information and then made an excuse to hang up because I was at work. Obviously, he can tell that I’m underage and wants to take advantage of that. What can be the worst case scenario for an offense like this?

Monique was rear ended today. Stupid @$$ people not paying attention while driving wtf? The adrenaline was pumping and I had to control myself so I didn’t whoop his ass right there in the intersection.
