Open Question: if you care to listen….Im about to loose my mind…?
Ok…so my mom hates my fiance… her and my family live in new york and i moved out to california for school, also my fiance i met out here…well anyways she hates him and says hes the reason why i fight with her all the time but my dad and grandparents say she has personality disorder..i try to tell her but shes like what? i have a problem no you have the problem….everytime i talk on the phone with her she bitches about money and how i dont have a job but i been trying to find one for months now…so last yr my bf crashed my car almost totalling it but i put the blame on me so my mom wouldnt hate him more and i sed i crashed it…shes all now like i have to pay all this insurance now and i want to bring my car out here but shes like the insurance will sky rocket b.c ull b out there n insurance says youll b in another accident …she keeps saying im not responsible and how ill crash it again…im going crzy cuz i have never been in an accident in my life im always careful on the road…and everytime i talk to my mom she bitches about money and shyt never gives me a word to talk and says how i never let her talk..she says things to make me start screaming at her but she says its cuz my bf… now my sister is texting me who is 25 and lives at home and is like your wrong i chose to stay home to pay rent to mom instead of pay a complete stranger altho my moms in debt up to her brains and i know shes there to help but now shes acting just like my mom a complete bitch…i was always close with them…they seem like they r pushing me away.. and my lil brother graduates in june from high school and she wants me to come and i want to but i want to drive my car back to cali and shes like not sure if i can take it when i been paying all the bills for like 2 years now… and my bf wnats to drive back with me but shes like ya he can come several days before you drive back…i want a relationship with my mom but she doesnt think she has a problem and everytime i talk to her i cry and feel like im worthless…what should i Do? sorry if im a bit confusing…
Open Question: Refinance mortgage after garage is converted to living space without permit?
Last year, we coverted our one car garage to a living space by enclosing it, adding a window, finishing the floor. No plumbing is added. From outside, it still looks like a garage. We didn’t apply for a building permit. We are thinking of refinancing the mortgage. Note: It is in New York State. I am wondering if the converted garage will casue any issue during apraisal, title search, title insurance,etc. Thanks in advance.
