Every single version of the health care bill has included the freakin MANDATE.

You can’t FINE people for not entering a private insurance market.

That is not in the commerce clause. That’s unconstitutional.

Taxing people to fund universal health care in a single payer system would put the plan on much stronger constitutional ground.

but you can’t FINE and ARREST people for not entering a private insurance market.

This is absurd.

Some argue, “people who don’t buy health insurance cost the system money”………
That’s doesn’t give you the right to FORCE them into a private insurance market.
Consumerism is supposed to be a VOLUNTARY ACTION.

And don’t compare this to car insurance……………
you only have to buy car insurance as a condition of driving.

But they want to make you buy health insurance as a condition of what?
As a condition of being a lawful resident of the United States.

That’s UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Congress does not have the power to do that.
