Open Question: QDOS insurance services?
My wife wad hit by another car in the rear and when we took the car to the local body shop they gave us this contact No and kind of pushed us into using them, they seemed friendly enough but I have just googled them and no reviews but there own, has anyone had any dealings with them?

daughter was passenger in car… accident happen while students were leaving school, students on foot caused 3 car pile up when they tried to run across the road… she was in the 3rd car, low speed impact…airbag deployed tore her nerve roots from her spine…10 hrs in surgery and 1 year later and she still has no use of her arm…everyone is pointing the finger at everyone else and nobody can be held accountable except for the driver due to lack of documentation..there was no witness statements even though there were plenty of them . did I mention this is a very small town and the police chief at the time was the school’s adm. brother.
Also note that there is not a crossing guard just a ped. crossing. students range from K-12
This is not the first accident that has happen in this area. The school will not take blame because it happen off campus. The road runs between the school and the football field. Dead ends at the school.
I filed a claim with our insurance company but the driver another student did not have insurance so I could not file that. The school requires that all parking students have insurance therefore I was under the impression that he had insurance. His mother let it drop. The school has been needing to address this issue for sometime and i do have an article that was in the local paper few months following her accident that address the issue.,
Open Question: Car Insurance and Loan for New Driver?
I got my license yesterday, and have a deal lined up with the actual local man who owns it. However, as it is a family car sales retail, I must use a local bank to take out a loan. Although I am young (20), I have not had more than 100 miles road experience.
I’m sure this will be taken into account by both insurance and loan providers. The chances could be bad for me, both a new driver and short credit history.
How can I overcome these hindrances and get a loan AND insurance for a fee that’s NOT going to kill me? I have a very good income as an e-bay seller, but I’m afraid that’s not going to get any respect as a job.
