Open Question: small personal loan question?
I’m selling my car to get a better one and need about $2,000 more to get one in decent condition. I don’t want to tell the bank its for a car bc then I will have to get full coverage insurance for the car since they will own it. (I have a dui and can’t afford full coverage). Anyway, what could I tell them that it is for? Should I just say it’s for fixing my car or something? will they really care that much what its for? I have pretty good credit.. thanks
Voting Question: If you let your SR22 ins lapse while an interlock system is in your car?
I got a DUI a while ago, got an interlock system installed, and now my insurance is dropping me. The cheapest I could find for another company is around $2ooo.oo up front. If I can’t afford the insurance, I assume my license will be suspended. If that happens, will the interlock system count towards the 6 months I am supposed to have it….can I keep it in the car for the duration of the time? What if I get ins. later on, do I have to start the 6 months over?
I can’t find this anywhere on the net and the company that I had to go through for the interlock system ALWAYS has you on hold for at least a half hour.

My attorney didn’t help me one bit…one of the reasons I am a little deeper in this mess than I should have been, but I digress. Guess I can try finding a number for the court…..none of them ever seem to know what is going on! LOL
