Open Question: Can somebody give me advice?
My son, who is 12 years old, had a biking accident. He crashed into the back of a car. He overheard the paramedics saying that there was just a damaged light and some blood on the car, but Car owner claim to the insurance company, she claims that the car was damaged up to $1800,car was 2002 Honda Civic.Can somebody give me advice what to do, looks like the owner of the car trying to use this accident as an excuse for me to pay for all damages on her car.
Open Question: which bike should I get?
My bike got stolen recently and I have around $3000 from insurance to spend on a new bike. I am female and I manly do down hill but also want to start doing some cross country trail riding (probably not as much as I go downhill though). I also do small jumps or drops but nothing too big. I am looking at the Rocky Mountain Slayer SXC (the ladies version) and the SX trail 2, both the 2008 models not 2009. I am wondering if anyone who knows these two bikes knows which would be better for what I want to do. Or any other bikes anyone thinks I should check out.
Open Question: what can you do for a torn soleus muscle?
A week today ago my boyfriend fell off his dirt bike and we believe he may have torn his soleus muscle in his calf. Its black and blue, still a little swollen (although at first his leg was twice the size and it felt hard, the swelling has gone down a little). He doesn’t have health insurance and refuses to go to the hospital/doctor. He is keeping it elevated, wrapped with an ace bandage, and either has a bengay type creme on it or ice. What else can we do (besides keep telling him to go to the hospital) he hasn’t got out of bed at all today it hurts to move!!!
