Resolved Question: What would you do if you were in my Situation of Paying Auto Insurance Deductible?
here’s the thing, last week I was involved in a accident in a parking lot, where the other driver was at fault, the problem is the when my insurance called her insurance they said her Insurance lapse, so now Im left paying my Insurance deductible of $500
What should I do, I don’t have the money to pay the deductible at the moment, and I don’t think is right this mexican lady get’s away with this, I called her up last week cause she told me she was gonna fix my car out of her pocket in which I thought it was nice thing to do since she was not covered by her insurance and I didn’t want to use my insurance, so when I called her and now she denies hitting my car that cause the big dent on my bumper and swears it was already there, also there was a witness there and we exchanged phone #’s
I dont’ think it’s fair that I have to pay !!
what do guys think I should do Im located in Texas and would like to see this lady get served. also what can I do through my insurance,
OR SHOULD I SLASH HER TIRES FOR REVENGE !!
